Access to services

Unito Community

If you are part of the University of Torino (UniTo) community, you can access our services directly without registering.

Affiliated Universities

If you belong to one of our affiliated universities — Politecnico di Torino, University of Eastern Piemonte, University of Valle d’Aosta, or the University of Gastronomic Sciences of Pollenzo — please send an email to accoglienza.bem@unito.it indicating:

• The university you attend
• Full name
• Email address
• Tax code (Fiscal code)
• Place and date of birth
• Residential address
• Telephone number

Please also specify whether you need an account to use our PCs (for Wi-Fi connection, you can use your institutional account by using the Eduroam network).
Your email must include the signed privacy policy statement.

External Users

If you are an external user, please send an email to accoglienza.bem@unito.it including the following information:

• Full name
• Email address
• Tax code (Fiscal code)
• Place and date of birth
• Residential address
• Telephone number

Please also indicate whether you need an account  for using our PCs and Wi-Fi connection.
Your email must include the signed privacy policy statement.

Important note: If you are transferring from a bachelor’s degree to a master’s degree, you must temporarily follow the procedures for external users.
